Will my purifier come with extra filters?

Every purifier comes with your first set of filters.

Can I keep it running while my windows are open?

Yes, you may continue to operate your purifier with open windows. However, since the air purifier is circulating air throughout the room, it may be pulling outdoor particles inside your space, negatively impacting your indoor air quality.

Can I run it while it’s on the carpet?

You may run the air purifier on any hard floor surface that is stable and dry.

How much ozone does this put off?

When the anion generator is on, the HSP001 gives off a maximum ozone concentration of 0.003261 parts per million (PPM). It is safety-tested and fully approved by CARB

Will my purifier come with extra filters?

Every purifier comes with your first set of filters.

What is the difference between this one and the HSP002?

The main difference between the HSP001 and HSP002 is the room size coverage. The HSP001 is designed for rooms up to 700 square feet, while the HSP002 is designed for rooms up to 1500 square feet.

What is the difference between the True HEPA and the Medical Grade filter?

Our original True HEPA filter contains H11 HEPA, which filters 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. Our Medical Grade filter features a better H13 HEPA filter, which filters everything the H11 filter can, plus 99.95% of particles between 0.3 microns and 0.1 microns. These smaller particles make up a lot of harmful pollutants like bacteria, virus carriers, insecticides, asbestos, and tobacco smoke.

HSP002 Air Purifier
My HSP002 won’t stop beeping, what is wrong with it?

The HSP002 Air Purifier has a built-in filter replacement timer that will go off after 3000 hours of continuous operation. When the timer is up, the AUTO and Timer buttons will flash, along with a beeping noise. To reset the timer, simply hold down AUTO + Timer buttons for 3 seconds until you hear a beep. My HSP002 suddenly has a very high PM reading, but nothing has changed. Is it damaged?

If you notice a continuous high PM reading, your sensor may be dirty. To clean the sensor, follow the instructions in this video demonstration. Contact team@hathaspace.com if you have any questions.

No, we only offer H13 Medical Grade HEPA for our HSP002 air purifier.

Filter club
How does the filter club work?

The filter club is our filter subscription program that gives subscribers the convenience of automatic filter deliveries when you want them, discounts on replacement filters, and an extended 5-year purifier warranty for as long as you are subscribed to the club. To sign up, visit our filter club page.

How often will I receive replacement filters?

Our filter subscription plan ships new filters to your door every 4 months.

When will I receive my first filter?

You will have the option to have your first filter delivered immediately or in 4 months. If you’d like your filter delivered in a different time period, you may choose the 4 month delivery option and email team@hathaspace.com to change your first delivery date.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged the moment you moment your filters are shipped. If you choose to have your filters shipped immediately, your card will be charged immediately and if you choose to have your filters deliered in 4 months, your card wont be charged until then.

How can I view my subscription orders?

You can access your Filter Club account through the filter club login page

I already have filters but I want to schedule my first shipment in the future. How do I do this?

To schedule your first filter shipment in the future, simply choose the filter club plan that ships your filters in 4 months. If you would like your filters sooner or later than 4 months, email team@hathasapce.com with your order number and we can change your first delivery date. Alternatively, you can log into your account and manually change your first delivery and charge date.

If I subscribe on Amazon, am I still part of the club?

Customers can subscribe and save 10% on filters via Amazon, but the extended warranty is only available to those customers who enrolled via our website.

Does my subscription need to be active to maintain my extended warranty?

Yes, in order for your extended warranty to be active, you must maintain an active subscription plan and cannot choose a longer frequency than 4 months.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, the extended warranty will not apply if you pause, cancel, or change your frequency beyond 4 months.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, you may skip a shipment. However, in order for your extended warranty to remain active, you must have an active 3 or 4 month subscription, with no skipped or paused shipments.

When does my extended warranty begin?

The extended warranty begins from the date you purchased your air purifier and registered your product.

Do I get an extended warranty for the HSP002?

Our larger HSP002 air purifier model already comes with a 5-year warranty. The filter club does not extend it to 10 years.

What does the filter club warranty cover?

The filter club warranty covers everything our normal purifier warranty covers plus any issues with your filters.

I cannot seem to access my account. What do I do?

If you’ve created an account and are having trouble accessing it, or the website does not recognize the account, please email us at team@hathaspace.com for your activation email. Once your account has been activated, you will be able to login to your account on our website under Filter Club > Account.

Which air purifier is best for classrooms?

This depends on the room size of the classroom but typically, we recommend our HSP002 air purifier which is able to cover room sizes up to 1500 square feet. Some classrooms are smaller and their air quality needs can be met with our HSP001 air purifier, which can cover rooms up to 700 square feet.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

Do I need to pay tax on my order?

Most orders ship the next business day, in rare occasions it may take up to 2-3 business days for orders to ship.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For all orders within the United States, we use UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

How can I track my order?

Once your product ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I change my shipping address?

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. Contact team@hathaspace.com to assist in rerouting your order.

Do you ship abroad?

Currently, we sell our products in the United States only.

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing contents, please contact us at team@hathaspace.com, including photos of the damage as soon as possible so we may file a claim and replace your items.

Can I use financing?

Currently, we do not offer financing for our products.

How long will it take once it’s shipped out?

We offer standard free shipping for all Hathaspace products with a shipping time of 3-5 business days.

What is the return process if I order through Amazon?

If you purchased Hathaspace products through Amazon, contact them directly and they will walk you through the process. Any issues and we will gladly help, but our capabilities are limited.

What is the difference between buying on Hathaspace and buying on Amazon?

Hathaspace has been a partner with Amazon since the beginning and is proud to offer the same products with top quality and customer service.

Hathaspace promotional discounts cannot be applied when purchasing a product through Amazon. You can however, use Amazon gift cards or credit towards your purchase.

Finally, if you purchase through Amazon, returns will be handled directly through the Amazon support team. For all other issues, contact team@hathaspace.com and provide your Amazon order-ID number along with your request.

How does the 60-day trial work?

We want everyone to breathe the best air possible, and are confident our purifiers will transform your air quality. With our risk-free 60-day trial and return policy, you can try a Hathaspace air purifier in your home for 60 days. If you aren't satisfied, we’ll give you your money back.

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you love your Hathaspace products, so if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return them for free and get a full refund during the 60-day trial period. You have 60 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund including shipping charges.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

a. A return must be requested within 60 days of your shipment date. To request a return, please contact team@hathaspace.com.

b. You must ship the product from a location inside the country where the product was originally purchased from Hathaspace or an authorized Hathaspace reseller.

c. You must return the product to Hathaspace in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

When we receive the device at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the device undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, we will process your refund and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.

What is your warranty policy?

All Hathaspace products come with a 2-5 year warranty that begins on the purchase date. All goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Have an issue? We will gladly repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at our discretion, free of charge.

This guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, loss of the unit, unauthorized repair, improper handling, or products purchased from an unauthorized retailer and distributor. This warranty will not cover consequential damages.

How do I start a return or replacement?

If you decide that your Hathaspace products aren’t right for you within your trial period or you are having issues within your warranty period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or replacement process. Just email team@hathaspace.com, providing details on the issue as well as your order number. Refunds will be credited to your account within 2 weeks.

How do I check on the status of my refund?
